"My family has been working with Liduvina from Adrian Howard’s office for many years, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with her for as long as possible. In 2022, my brother contacted customer care to remove his 4WD truck from our family policy, as he was selling it to Toyota and starting his own State Farm policy. Unfortunately, customer care mistakenly removed the wrong truck from the policy. To be fair, the vehicles were nearly identical—same color, year, and model—the only difference being that his was 4WD and mine was 2WD. Recently, I was in a car accident that resulted in my truck being declared a total loss. When the total loss department reviewed the claim and noticed a mismatch in the VIN number, the claim was red-flagged, and I was informed that my vehicle wasn’t covered. I was devastated. I had worked so hard to pay off my truck, and now I was left with a total loss and no coverage—due to an error made by State Farm’s customer care team. That’s when Liduvina stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. Proving that the customer care team had made a mistake took several days, but Liduvina never gave up. She consistently advocated for me, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and showed genuine care every step of the way.
